We do not take responsibility for lost or incorrectly delivered orders if the address information provided is incorrect.
We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
European and Rest of World Shipping is calculated at checkout based on item weight.
Returns
At Classic Garms we are confident you will be happy with your order, however if for any reason you would like to return, please follow the below guidelines.
To be eligible for a refund you must return the item within 14 days of purchase for UK orders and 21 days for international orders, in its original condition. Please be advised if you return after 14 days and/or the tags have been removed you are not eligible for a refund.
Please email us at james@classicgarms.co.uk with your order number and we will provide a return address.
We advise using a tracked service when returning your order as we are not liable for any lost items during the return process.
Please be advised returns are at the customer’s expense.
